AdopSource is the first
organization of its kind in Minnesota which will provide a space and collective
resources for adoptees. This is a center for all adoptees, their families, and
the greater community. Located in Minneapolis, MN.

Adult Adoptee Support Group: This program will provide a licensed therapist and
facilitator. The facilitator and therapist will have the background of an
adoptee or adoptive parent. These sessions will have a maximum of 8 adoptees in
a group. One on one counseling and family discussion groups will also be
provided.
Birth Parent Search Support Group: AdopSource offers a service to assist
adoptees to prepare for their birth searches. Adopsource will do this, by
evaluating adoption papers, search documents, showing birth search reunion
documentaries and informing adoptees on possible outcomes of a birth search,
what to expect and or what not to expect. This is not a birth search, but a
support services.

Adoptees Have Answers (AHA) Support Groups
AHA offers adult adoptees the opportunity to connect with an adult adoptee who
can provide one-on-one peer support via telephone or email at no charge. If you
would like more information on this and other AHA resources, please contact Kate

Have Answers is a program funded by the Minnesota Department of Human Services
under Minnesota Adoption Resource Network.
AHA ONLINE Adoptee Support Group, a monthly support group for all adoptees and
formerly fostered individuals over age 18.
Update: The new online group will be facilitated by experienced adult adoptees.
Registered participants will be able to attend the monthly sessions as well as
post to the discussion forums at any time. The site will be fully secure and
names will be known only to group administrators.
