Reuniting Minnesota
This interactive email group offers emotional support needed during a time of
searching for one's history, along with helpful tips and pointers on how to search,
and how to establish contact with family members lost to adoption, if that is the
desire. Volunteers help those who need assistance, i.e., someone who no longer lives
in Minnesota, or close to the area of birth or adoption.

ALMA Society)
Adoptees' Liberty Movement Association (ALMA), a membership organization, is an
adoption reunion registry. ALMA advocates for the right of adopted persons to know
the truth of their origin. The ALMA registry has a one-time registration fee of

Adoption Registry Connect is a worldwide adoptee and birth parent
search registry designed to reunite adoptees with their birth parents
and siblings.
American Adoption Congress (AAC)
The American Adoption Congress (AAC) is an international network of individuals
and organizations committed to honesty and openness in adoption and to reforms that
protect all of those involved from abuse or exploitation. Membership is open to
adoptees, birth parents, adoptive parents, professionals, and all others who share
a commitment to the AAC's goals. Although AAC is not a search
organization, they provide referrals to search and support groups.

International Soundex Reunion Registry (ISRR)
International Soundex Reunion Registry (ISRR) is a nonprofit, humanitarian agency
which serves and promotes, through the reunion registry, the interests of adults
desiring and seeking a reunion with next-of-kin by birth. The Registry serves the
needs of birth family members who have been separated by adoption, divorce, foster
care, institutional care or abandonment. ISRR is not affiliated with any registry
or other organization.
ISRR is the largest free search registry in the world. This registry does not perform
a search or provide search advice. Voluntary registration by adults desiring contact
or reunion with their next of kin by birth is deemed legal consent for contact.

Korean American Adoptee Adoptive Family Network (KAAN)
The central mission of the Korean American Adoptee Adoptive Family Network is
to network groups and individuals related to Korean adoptions. KAAN facilitates
dialogue, promotes resource sharing, and disseminates information. KAAN works with
its members, the Korean American community, and the Korean government to promote
awareness of Korean adoption issues and develop programs that will benefit both
the adoption and Korean communities.

Korean Focus is a support organization for families with children from Korea.
Korean Focus provides families, adoptees, adoptive parents, and birthparents touched
by Korean adoption with information and programs on Korean culture and the adoption
experience. Korean Focus is nonprofit, parent-directed, and agency-independent.
