Walking along aside others in their journey to help them find hope and healing is something I am passionate about. I value relationships and strive to build a comfortable space for those I work with to process events in their life, find strength in themselves and develop a deeper connection with those in their life. This value has led to a focus of strengthening relationships of young children (birth through five years old) and their caregivers who have experienced adversity, stressful and traumatic events.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I utilize a family systems approach and attachment theory with a developmental perspective to help individuals and families grow together while finding comfort within their relationships. My experience involves working with young children and their families in an outpatient day treatment program as well as infants, children, teens and adults in an outpatient therapy setting. I am trained in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), TheraPlay (level 1) and Circle of Security-Parenting.
