If you’re here, you must be looking for some help navigating a curveball life has thrown your way. I am a down-to-earth, approachable therapist who is willing to help. I’ve had my share of curveballs in life too, and I know the value of having someone come alongside you, hear you out, and believe in you until you’re able to believe in yourself again.

My passion is working with teenagers. I have a special place in my heart for hard-to-reach, treatment resistant teens, because they’re usually the ones who need to be reached the most. It’s my goal to shatter any preconceived notions teens have about what therapy is like.

I have over 20 years’ experience working as a social worker in the public school setting as well as in community mental health. My approach is solution-focused, client-centered and driven by a genuine interest in helping young people create the lives they want.More important than my professional experience though, is this: I don’t give up easily. I will hang in there with you and your teen until we find a solution or make one. You have my word on that.
