Mary E. Anderson is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed by the state of MN. Mary has over 40 years of working with children and their families from a caring concerned prospective looking out for the short term and long term best interest of the children and the entire family. Mary is passionate about serving children and families and helping them make the most of their relationships.

“My counseling career started later in life after having done childcare for almost 30 years. During this time it gave me a lot of experience seeing what worked for typical families and it gave me invaluable experience with what typical looks like.

I have a very strong foundation in child development and know what is to be expected along the way. On a more personal note I have been married to my husband for OVER 40 years. We have two grown children, a son in law and three fantastic grandkids. Our oldest grandchild has Autism so I have firsthand compassion for the struggles of families with children that have special needs.

In my spare time I love to read and learn more about children and families. I enjoy gardening and cooking. I can and will counsel from a Christian perspective if this is important to the families.”
