I have worked in the mental health field in the Duluth area since 2003, and as a full-time therapist since 2012 after I earned my license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). In my therapy practice, I integrate several different modalities while providing a safe, supportive environment when working with children and families. These modalities (all of which I have certifications in) include: Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Parent Child Interaction Therapy; Circle of Security; and Motivational Interviewing.
