I have been working with children and families for over a decade and primarily work with children birth to 13 and their caregivers. I am a verified provider of DC:0-5 diagnostic assessments and am endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist (IMH-E). I use a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and play-focused approach to therapy. I am a Registered Play Therapist and incorporate some form of play in almost all my sessions. I am also nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and utilize TF-CBT when appropriate. I have experience providing services in settings such as in-home, outpatient, telehealth, and school-linked mental health. Overall, I enjoy creating a partnership with my clients and helping them develop more healthy attachment patterns during the therapeutic process for current and future family relationships.
