I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor specializing in individual, child and family therapy. I am also a MN MFT Board approved Supervisor, a AAMFT supervisor candidate and LPC/LPCC Supervisor. I am also an Adjunct Professor at St, Mary’s University of MN in the master’s program for Marriage and Family Therapy.

I have worked with children, teen and families for almost 25 years. I specialize in working with families impacted by domestic violence, divorce, sexual/physical/verbal abuse and difficulties with attachment to name a few.

I utilize my understanding of trauma and attachment on an individual’s mind and body as well as on their systems, internal and external. Therapy includes Play Therapy, attachment interventions, internal family systems, trauma informed theories and family therapy.

My clinic, Seeds for Change Counseling, was created to honor the missions of supporting clients by planting seeds. My role as therapist is to plant seeds through nurturance, caring, personal growth and acceptance. These seeds will grow into what each person needs to continue their life journey.
