In my private therapy practice I provide therapy for children, families, adults and couples who are experiencing emotional and/or behavioral issues and stress. Together we identify goals and objectives that may include strengthening family structure, identifying emotions, their triggers and what to do with them, work on positive communication, learn coping skills, increase self-esteem etc. to reduce negative symptoms and DBT skills. Together we can make lasting changes.
