My work with adolescents and their families is where my passion lies. I understand and believe that the system one is operating in can have impacts on all parts of one’s life experience. In my work, I believe that it is important to meet you where they are at and explore with you were you want to go. Creating a path to becoming your most authentic self, is one of the most rewarding and challenging acts a person can do for themselves. I am honored to be a part of this process.

I have experiencing working with individuals who are struggling with adoption, attachment, anxiety, depression, self harm, sexuality, gender, disability and social concerns. I not only work with individuals, but their families as well. As a Marriage and Family Therapist I believe that is important to include parts of your system when making changes. The amount of family involvement is essential with working with families around attachment and adoption.

In session we can incorporate different techniques in our sessions such as art, drama, talk therapy group therapy, and animal assisted interventions. I have a therapy partner, a lab, named Jenga who is part of my practice. Jenga is always an optional addition and does not have to attend sessions if you are not comfortable.
