I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients and specialize in healing trauma and helping people with many types of issues, including post-traumatic stress, attachment/connection, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I am most passionate about helping people have healthy relationships and strengthening parent-child relationships. I also have a special place in my heart for people suffering with fertility issues.

I use an integrative approach of many modalities to fit the unique needs of each person. Some of these modalities include parental coaching, Filial Play Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR. I am happy to offer a short consultation to answer any of your questions.

People who have worked with me have described me as warm, compassionate, easy to talk to, empathetic, and reliable. I love my work as a psychologist. I will go to bat for you and I will work hard for you. I have been doing this a long time and am confident that I can help with any presenting concern you may have.
