Kat Ludwig is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). She holds a Master of Arts degree from Argosy University in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). She also is a state-approved LMFT and LPC supervisor for therapists-in-training. Kathy is a clinical fellow with the American Association for MFT (AAMFT).

Kat has worked in various settings including managed mental health, school mental health support services, outpatient therapy clinic, and in-home skills and psychotherapy. She has worked with children, teens, couples, and adults. Kat has an extensive background working with such cases related to foster care and adoption, abuse/neglect, trauma, attachment issues, parenting, depression, anxiety, spiritual concerns, women’s issues, couple’s issues, and grief and loss. Kat has also lead local speaking engagements including topics such as practical neurobiology, connecting families together, and creating lasting personal change.

Kat works from a strength-based and non-judgmental approach, incorporating solution-focused, systems theory, experiential, and mindfulness interventions. Away from the office, Kat enjoys her time with her family as well as painting, traveling, four-wheeling, eating sushi, and volunteering with a service dog training organization.
