I am passionate about helping individuals and families through adoption, trauma, and anxiety. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand that people exist within the context of their relationships. I strive to help strengthen insight and explore your relationships with the world around you. I help people to create meaning from their experiences in the world around them using a holistic and family systems approach. I believe that people are resilient and maintain the capability to define, change, and transform the narrative of their lives.

I believe deeply in helping people integrate all the parts of themselves through therapy. My work is focused on strengthening attachment relationships and resilience with clients. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, which allows me to work well in collaboration with schools, medical care teams, court systems, and treatment programs.

Whether this is a brief therapeutic relationship or a long-term one, I am here to help. I am currently accepting new clients.
