In a safe and caring environment, I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and self-esteem. I work with children and their family who are experiencing challenging behaviors, transitions, family conflict, adjustment issues, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, self-esteem, both individually and in family therapy. I can provide parent consultation along with therapy and I encourage parents to be a part of the therapeutic process. I also provide school consultations.

I provide therapy from a non-judgmental, safe, meet the family and client where they are approach. I believe therapy is a process. I provide resources outside of my services as well to assist the individual and their family as much as possible. I have over 10 years working with children and their families as well as working with school systems gaining success.

Each and every one of us is on our own journey. We all need assistance from time to time. Please feel free to reach out when you need help. I am here to assist you. When you are here, you are safe, you are heard, and you will be given unconditional positive regard.
