Raisi is sweet, curious, helpful, and funny. He enjoys being active, swimming, playing outside, and playing video games. Raisi has strong technology skills and is a great communicator and advocate for himself. If he could, Raisi would love to eat noodles and chicken nuggets for every meal!

Raisi is excited to meet his forever family. He is open to having pets. Raisi would do best in a structured home with consistency and boundaries.

Following adoption, Raisi will need to maintain contact with his brother and maternal family.
