Alex is a MN Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University. Alex has been educated on early childhood mental health all the way to adult mental health, and works with children, parents, couples and families to identify their growth areas and develop their strengths.

She has worked with client and families dealing with issues of emotional dysregulation, trauma, attachment, child development and family relationships. Alex utilizes a systemic approach when working with individuals and families.  Alex has been working in the area since 2010.
