Cimena has been providing social work and therapeutic services in the Twin Cities area for children, teens, adults, and families for 15 + years.

Cimena’s goal is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can feel safe to be who they are and grow through life experiences. She believes in using our environment to heal, explore and work through feelings, thoughts, images and beliefs-conscious or unconscious. Cimena uses a strengths based perspective encouraging individuals and families to manage and resolve upsetting thoughts, emotions, and behaviors related traumatic life events; and enhance safety, growth, parenting skills, and family communication.

Cimena believes in a holistic, integrative approach to client-centered therapy working collaboratively with physicians, psychiatrists, nutritionists, body workers, acupuncturists and homeopathy to provide an optimum level of care.
