Sando Wellness & Counseling
Blaine MN 55434

“I use a positive psychology approach, identifying what is right with us in order to support and motivate change in the areas of our life that no longer serve us. I received my master’s degree from St. Mary’s University and completed my addiction studies education at the University of Minnesota CCAPS. I am licensed through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT) as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC license #305062) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC license #cc02259). I believe that mental health and wellness has to do with all areas of our lives and all aspects of self; something that cannot be captured in a diagnosis alone. I specialize in issues related to life transitions, identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, addiction and co-occurring disorders, as well as matters related specifically to transracial adoption. I work with young adults, individuals, and couples.”
