Signe has been providing therapeutic services since 2009. She has training in trauma, attachment, and experience in providing early childhood mental health services (ages 0-5). Signe has had training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Sand Tray Therapy, Circle of Security Parenting Program, and is currently providing Child Parent Psychotherapy as well. These models are beneficial for working with children and families who are struggling with attachment issues and struggles that happen in foster care and adoption placements. Signe also works with children 5 and older as well as adults, with specific experience focusing on self-esteem, self-confidence, anxiety, and depression.

Signe received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, majoring in Psychology and Child and Family Studies. She obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in Eagan, MN. Signe is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Minnesota.

Signe’s passion lies in focusing on how to build strength, hope, and healing for clients and families she serves.
