I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients, ages 3 to 7 years old, adolescents and adults. I help people with many types of issues, including disruptive behaviors, ADHD, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, cognitive issues, attachment issues, trauma, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, anxiety, depression, sleep issues, sexual concerns, relationship issues, family conflict, career guidance, adjustment disorders, psychosis, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, personality disorders, self-esteem issues, grief, eating disorders and existential issues.

I am most passionate about my use of play therapy with children, especially children with trauma, attachment issues or anxiety. I also enjoy using cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies, family systems and psychodynamic theories.
